FixConnect is an online platform that connects customers with independent contractors. FixConnect does not provide any services directly and is not a party to any agreement between users.

By using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. How FixConnect Works

• Customers post jobs on the platform.
• Contractors purchase credits to unlock job details.
• Once a job is unlocked, contractors may contact customers directly.
• FixConnect does not guarantee that a contractor will secure a job or that a customer will receive responses.

3. Payments & Credits

• Contractors must purchase credits to access job leads.
• Credits are deducted when a job is unlocked.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once used.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• FixConnect does not handle or process payments between customers and contractors for completed work.

4. User Responsibilities

Contractors:

• Must provide accurate and truthful information.
• Are fully responsible for the work they perform.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customers:

• Must provide accurate job descriptions.
• Are responsible for selecting and paying contractors directly.
• Must ensure fair and lawful engagement with contractors.

5. No Guarantees

FixConnect does not guarantee:

• Job availability
• Customer responses
• Contractor performance
• Successful completion of any job

6. Limitation of Liability

FixConnect acts solely as a platform connecting users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixConnect shall not be liable for:

• Poor workmanship
• Incomplete or delayed work
• Damages caused by contractors
• Payment disputes between users
• Loss of income, profit, or opportunity

All agreements and transactions occur directly between customers and contractors at their own risk.

7. Disputes

FixConnect is not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and contractors. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly between themselves.

8. Account Suspension

FixConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Misuse the platform

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws.
